A great Keyless Smart Door Lock
I’d been searching online for a while to find a reliable smart lock for my family. I have a pretty big family as my parents (77 and 80) are living with us 5, my husband and three kids. I got the NDL626 after doing hundreds of comparisons between what’s out there on the market and decided to go with this one because of the key fob option. First of all my parents are old and have difficulty with the traditional key and the code option is not great for them either because they have poor eye sight and remembering codes for a door is the last thing they want to do. The key fob though is a serious life changer! All they need to do now is tap the key fob on the number pad to get in, no more struggling with keys and no need to remember codes to input. On the other hand, my kids love the codes because they think its fun entering what they call a “secret password” to get in the house. The options on this lock is what sold me and so far, no major problems. One thing to note is that you do have to drill an extra hole in your door which isn’t ideal but to have the lock securely on the door, I get that this is necessary. Installation can be tricky if you don’t carefully read through the steps they lay out. My husband had to do it twice because we ran into some issues, but after getting help from the support team, we realized what went wrong was a crucial step we missed. If you’re wondering why your lock isn’t working properly after being installed, it’s most likely something you missed during installation is what we’ve learned. Luckily we were able to contact support and get them involved to help us with this. Great company and just an awesome product!

The product doesn't work, the refund process is a nightmare.
I purchased a Colosus NDL626 as a keyless door lock option for one of seven doorway entrances to our office space. The lock, once installed, worked properly for less than 2 months. After that, the auto-lock feature began to act up. I reached out to the customer support email in an attempt to NOT have to reset to factory settings, which would wipe all of the stored codes already entered into the door lock. I received prompt responses, which was reassuring, albeit of little value. After sending them a video of the door lock and it's faulty functionality, I was instructed to reset the door lock to factory settings.- There is no way to extract or save codes once it's reset to factory settings.- Any of the up to 99 codes you input will have to be re-entered.- The process is relatively easy and takes about 3 minutes to enter each code. After resetting the door lock to factory settings, the door no longer responds to keyless entry. The mechanism no longer unlocks or locks when the codes are entered on the entry pad from the exterior. The appropriate beeping sounds occur, but absolutely nothing else does.Upon reaching out, once again sending a video of the exact methods I took to reset the codes on the door lock, I was instructed to give them another $100 so I could potentially receive a full refund on the item, but I would have to pay for all shipping costs. In the instructions was a highly detailed list of all of the different reasons they would deduct money from my "deposit" for a replacement item for an item that doesn't work as sold or expected.Look somewhere else for your keyless door lock needs. Colosus is a Colossal waste of your money and time.

Can use any of the items (Key, fob, code) to lock / unlock. And customer support was GREAT
I installed the lock and it didn't work (wouldn't lock with the key and the thumb lock wouldn't work). In frustration, I texted the seller. In less than 10 minutes they got back to me! Apparently I can't tell my left from my right (facing the door, with it opening away from you, the side the HINGES are on is the "handedness" of the door). I had set it up for "right hand"; it was really "left hand". Seller texted me instructions with the "left" hand door sections highlighted in red; once I made the changes indicated, the door lock worked perfectly. Now the key both locked and unlocked it. The thumb knob locked and unlocked it. The key fobs and codes unlock it (and you just press # and it locks). What a great idea and I am very happy with this installation and the very quick support

Fobs don’t work
This product is good but impossible to program fobs

Good value for the features, but requires patience.
Pros: InexpensiveWell-gasketedEasy to install if previous deadbolt was in placeComes with four RFID fobsCons:Not all the fobs were preprogrammedInstructions are poor, worse, videos aren't readily available. You must send details to the company to get the installation links (why??)Fobs from previous locks by the SAME company can't be programmed (that's why I bought this lock, to use one fob for both locks)The number of keystrokes while bending over the installed lock in order to set an open code or fob seems more like a long nuclear launch code. It doesn't need to be this tedious. After days of trying still can only use the fobs. IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE THIS HARD.No battery life given, manuals cover installation and programming, but seem to leave out other helpful data like this. You'll want to proactively replace batteries well before failure

Great Door Lock
This door lock works excellent for the price! Has a good setup process if door does not have existing holes. Lock mechanism needs improvement but after setup works real well.
