Does it have a stopwatch facility for race track timing

Wouldn't use this timer for race track timing as its main function is for the kitchen (when cooking). A stopwatch for race track timing should be a sports timer, which has all the facilities for counting up and down in minutes and seconds. This timer is excellent for household jobs but not sophisticated enough for accurate race track timing.

Is beep sound heard every time you press any button? (Trying to find kitchen timer with silent buttons to spare madding my family when setting time)

The on off switch has a silent position and a beep position. So you can set it and start it without beeping. You can then switch the alarm on by moving the switch to the beep position.

Does this have a repeat function?

I bought this timer and it was so badly constructed it had to go in the bin. There should have been aa button on the side it did not have one and we had to buy a different timer altogether.
