Excellent bit of kit.So many clients struggling with it which is my point.Balance so important this will help them improve. Great value,simple quality design.I have my clients stand on it holding two broom handles to help them steady to start with then progress to one pole and eventually no poles.I time challenge them on no touch down of the platform building good balance core and leg strength. Most of my clients are of older generation.Its a simple challenge for them that has helped their balance and walking posture /strength.

I love using this for balance strengthening. There's just one weakness: after 9 months use, the anti-slip strips on the underside are wearing through and it's starting to damage the floor. The manufacturer says they include an extra pair but I couldn't find any in my package and there is no customer service email or number on their website or listings.

I work from home and and am at my desk for up to 10 hours a day. With little time to exercise I invested in a standing desk adapter and this is a brilliant addition, love it! I very quickly adapted to standing in it and can do so for hours on end. My hubby decided to try it a was equally smitten so I purchased another. It’s very sturdy and comes ready assessabled. Highly recommend.

Used one similar at Physical Therapy. Now that I am done I can continue at home. Very sturdy and functions like I wanted.

Over a year and a half later it's still like brand new! Strong and good build, the grip is great and it has padding so it doesn't hit the floor hard and make noise or damage. Great for balance work and a budget replacement for some bosu ball exercises!
