The weight of this product shows it's 19 lbs, but shipping weight is 3 lbs. How many packages are there in this unit?

There has to be a typo in there. I got one package of approximately 12 ounces of cookies. They were very good, and I will buy them again (try a gentle paint brush wash of food coloring in brown, orange, and even dark red). I hope you Get this worked out.
