Arrived on time. Used it before during Long runs and marathons. Mix the night before for easy dissolving. Otherwise good product and would buy again!

Good Gels, misleading item headline.
Gel's arrived - everyone knows what Maurten is like, however this item does not ship with the drinks bottle, which is misleading.

Je l'utilise pour la course à pied, goût neutre sucré pratique pour recharger en cours de course avec le format de petit sachets. Je trouve la dilution pas optimal.

Provides nutrition and essential minerals during 20 miles+ long runs. I use it in combination with Clif bars. Take the sachets with you and mix with water when you need it, or pre-mix in your water bottle. The mixture will settle at the bottom so make sure to shake the bottle before taking a drink.

Con Maurten nunca tengo problemas digestivos, la energía va sin notar picos y llego a casa después de horas en bici sin esa hambre típica que te comen todo en casa al llegar.

son geles excelentes y no utilizo otros! lastima que me mandaron la caja con caducidad para 2 semanas después de su llegada. eso es control de calidad y en esta ocasión fallaron.
