Buy this! Don’t waste your money on the amazon basics or others! I have been a loyal breeze user for at least 8 years that i can remember. The past 3 years i’ve been buying basics or other brands pads to save money. I have 3 cats and change the pad 2x /week. Well, after 3 years of soaked pads and pee everywhere and having to up the change frequency to daily to avoid a soaked tray i got these pads to see if there really was a difference and boy is there! No more strong ammonia smell. The pads fully soak up the urine, no pee in the tray! And back to changing 2x/ week! 100% worth it and it actually is less expensive since i don’t have to change the pads as frequently! I enthusiastically recommend buying these pads! I am adding to my auto ship now!

These pads are one of the main reasons the Breeze system works as well as it does. They absorb a surprising amount without leaking through, and they keep the litter box area from smelling like a litter box. Even with multiple cats, the pad holds up for several days before needing to be swapped out. What stood out Strong absorption — The pad stays dry on top even when it’s clearly doing a lot of work underneath. Easy to change — Slide the old one out, slide the new one in, no mess. What to keep in mind Works best with the full Breeze system — Not really meant for standalone use. Multi‑cat homes may need more frequent changes — Still effective, just shorter intervals. Price adds up — But the convenience and odor control make it worth it. Bottom line A dependable refill that keeps the Breeze system clean, low‑odor, and easy to maintain. If you already use Breeze, these pads are basically non‑negotiable.

I tried generic pads but you get what you pay for. Much better absorption and odor control with the original Breeze pads and they hold more liquid pee and don't tend to drip like the generic if you are a bit late changing them.

My wife and I adopted a second cat to keep our queen siamese company while we traveled some on the weekends. Our little orange boy is very sweet but his pee smells very strong. We realized the crystal litter we were using wasn't going to work. We tried clay, clumping, non-clumping and everything else. It stank to high heavens and was very expensive. A friend of my wife's was really high on the Breeze pellet system. So, we tried it and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! There is NEVER any pee smell because the pee drains straight to these pads. The poop smells some when they first go but within 15 minutes no smell. And, the pellets last a really long time. We change it completely out about once every 5 weeks. We add a little bit to it when it gets low. It is so much cheaper than any other kind of litter and much easier to keep the litterbox clean. The scented pads are much better than non-scented and the XL for multi-cat works great for us.

I deliberately waited to do my review for this product. I wanted to give myself time to see my true impression on how it worked for me and my 2 feline furbabies. I tried many a litter boxes from enclosed to top entry to automatic cleaning... you name it. I also tried many a litter varieties from clumping to non-clumping to crystal to pine to specialties you could only buy online. I was exasperated with all of it and tired of the smell. Read the reviews on the Breeze system along with the recommendations for the various "litter pellet" options. I decided to give it a try and went with a mixture of the Breeze pellets and pine pellets. I am now nearly 4 mos in to using this system and am SOOOOOO happy with it! I should've done this one from the get go. I have now switched over to only using pine pellets over the mix of pine/Breeze pellets. The pine pellets give better odor control and my cats seem to like them best. I can get a large bag of them at the local farm supply for less than $10 and it lasts a really long time. I also recently switched to the Amazon brand tray liners over the Breeze version. I actually like the Amazon version better and get to save some money, too, so that's a win-win! I have one Breeze system for my 2 cats. I sift the pellets daily, dump the pine dust out of the tray daily, but only have to change the tray liner about every 3 days. There is a smell immediately upon one of the furbies defecating in the box but that does dissipate shortly thereafter. There is never a urine smell. Again, I am very pleased with this product and recommend it to other cat Moms & Dads!! Update 10/3/21: while I thought this was a great product, my 2 feline furbies decided it was not so good. They started messing OUTSIDE the box and in different areas of my house. Due to their boycott of the pellets in box I had to find a different litter, which meant a different system. So although I thought the Breeze system was great, my furbies didn’t and I’m on the hunt again.

I combined these with the stainless steel sifting litter box with the sliding drawer under for the pee pads & the zoilight pellets & I have finally found my cat box system. These pee pads are the best. I ordered these & 2 other types (1 super cheap & 1 moderately priced) & these are hands down a game changer. My kitty drinks a ton of water & I had to clean the massive urine clumps out 2Xs a day. Plus the nuisance of tracked litter everywhere. Love it!!!

If you're running the Breeze litter system, these pads are the obvious go-to and they do genuinely work well. At 8 pads per bag you're going through these pretty regularly, and the cost adds up over time especially with multiple cats. There are compatible alternatives out there worth trying, and some work reasonably well, but results can be inconsistent. If you've experimented with off-brand options and found them lacking, sticking with the official pads is probably worth the premium for the reliability alone. A dependable consumable for the Breeze system — just factor the ongoing cost into your decision when buying in.

Game changer! Less mess and easy cleaning! No more tracking litter all over my house ! Change the pad once a week and clean out poop in the box as needed . Pellets last a whole month ! I just refreshed pellets when it gets lower .

Excellent product delivered on time? I have been using these litter pads for years. Best solution ever. Pads last a week with no leakage, no odour. Other pads ma be cheaper but you have to change them several times a week. The whole Tidy Cats system is superior. Recommend.

Okay, I confess... I am NOT good at cleaning my cat litter! It is the one thing I do not like about having cats, I will put it off as long as possible and have looked into so many different ways to make cleaning up easier! A friend of mine suggested this one special litter box where you put these pads at the bottom and it absorbs most of the urine. I was told you just pull it out, put a new one in, and you're good to go(along with STILL needing to actually buy, use, and clean litter)! However, it never lasted NEARLY as long as it said! It would say 'lasts a full week with two cats' so I would put it in on Friday, then next Friday go to replace it... and the entire bin would be overflowing with foul smelling cat piss! I would either try to balance it to my shower, where it would be spilling all over my apartment floor on the way to the bathroom... which was disgusting... or I would have to take paper towels and absorb the excess liquid so cut to me on my hands and knees huffing the foul odor as I soaked up sheets of paper towel in piss, just so I could carry the bin to the bathroom to clean it! This resulting in lots of hands and knees floor washing followed by a much needed shower! So then I thought "okay, clearly it does not last a full week, lets try 6 days" and it was still overflowed, forcing me to do the whole disgusting clean up all over again! I ended up discovering, through multiple trial and error resulting in me having to breath in cat piss, that these pads BARELY lasted 4 days, and even after 4 days, there would still be a bit of overflow! Basically, these pads last HALF the amount that they claim!
