Ashwagandha Capsules

I work an average of 70hrs. a week and needed something natural to help keep my mood elevated, keep stress eating at bay, and keep my energy levels high enough to avoid skipping the gym. I decided to attack stress at its root. Enter: ashwagandha. I did my fair share of research on the plant and decided that if I were going to take it in capsule form for convenience, I would need to opt for a very pure brand. Within a few days of taking this, I thought I felt a difference but kept it going for a couple more weeks for good measure. I find myself no longer hitting the Snooze button which is a huge deal. It doesn't make me sleepy but once my head hits the pillow at night, I'm getting ALL of my sleep. My FitBit backs this up. There is a natural energy boost in the morning when I take it, no jitters or sweats like other supps. Colleagues have made comments about my positive attitude under stress and want to know 'how' so they can do what I'm doing. I found myself making the comment to someone, "A plane could fall out of the sky right now and I'd be calm." I was dying to go for a run AFTER working a 15hr day one Friday night. I knew it was the ashwagandha lol. The only con/side effect I've had are a few headaches when I first started taking this but I've got to say that my caffeine usage decreased dramatically so it could've easily been withdrawal. I feel like I finally have a hold on my anxiety and am more creative at work. It's worth a shot before trying any prescription.

The struggle with anxiety has been real my whole life and I found that prescription medicine only gave me a little relief with lots of problems later on. I’m a results kind of person and so I started running ashwagandha (albeit a little skeptical) with hopes that it would at least take the edge off my anxiety- WOW, did I underestimate how much it would help me? Absolutely, and I wanted my review to be the facts. The fact is that unlike xanax which only fixes a panic attack at a time, consistent dosage of the ashwagandha has made my anxiety an afterthought that I’m not battling daily. Thank you guys for being one of the only companies to have this stuff on the market so accessibly.

Did not work for me

This stuff works wonders! I work constantly and I'm always on the go with my side sports like football and softball as well as constantly traveling. I've noticed that with this product, I find myself to be a more focused and alert without feeling like I'm about to bounce off the walls. I find it also helps me power through my gym sessions after I get out of work and dont feel like doing anything. All in all a great product

like a lot of people...I have a very stressful FT job in addition to being “Super Mom”, good wife and everything in between. I have suffered from anxiety for many years and never did anything to treat it aside from working out when I could find time. I was always tired, in a panic for everything, uptight, etc. my doctor would always suggest medication but I refused.About a month ago, I ended up in urgent care due to a migraine and high blood pressure which was stress induced. I didn’t think I would feel any effect for 30 days or so but I felt it working within two weeks. I have more energy in the evenings, I’m not nervous, NO anxiety in almost a month of taking and my BP has been lower than it has been in yeaaaars.I started telling all my family and friends about it because unfortunately, many people suffer from anxiety. This product has given me my sanity back and i won’t miss a day of taking my pills!

I just dont feel any different after trying them..

I have been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety lately. I have been taking it for several days now and I feel the difference. My anxiety has subsided, I'm not as stressed, and I have a lot more energy. I am excited to keep taking it and feel better and better. I definitely recommend this product for anyone dealing with something similar.My mind are more calm and can focus better.

I bought this for my husband. He suffers from extreme anxiety and had tried prescribed medication but hated it because it made him jittery, dizziness, and nauseas. We had an appointment to get prescribed yet another anxiety medication, but before that I came across this product. I’m a pill junkie and love trying natural products so when I read the reviews I purchased a bottle. My husband was skeptical but agreed to try them. Although he said taking the 3rd pill everyday kind of interrupted his sleep he switched to taking two and it made all the difference. He says he doesn’t feel sluggish he is more focused and gets more work done. He no longer feels like he’s in a daze. This gave him the energy to go to the gym which in turn boosted his confidence. After the first week I asked how he felt and he said he felt a little better but not much difference I asked him again this week and he said he felt great! And when I asked if he thought it was bc of the gym, he actually said I think these pills have a lot to do with it. It made me feel so happy to see that this worked and that he was feeling better!
