OXO Good Grips 3-Piece Assorted Prep Peeler Set

I love these. Super sharp. So yes be careful with fingers. No different to any other sharp object in the kitchen, some reviews on here saying they are too sharp and not to buy because of this. I find these very easy to handle. Takes some time to learn how to use them for different food items. The black peeler will be your everyday peeler. The Julienne one is good but it does cut the products very fine. You also need to learn how to get the best out of products with this as it can be messy. I find when cutting carrots to start by cutting the carrots in half to give the deserved length and then give two cuts with the peeler on one side. Flip it over and use the now flat edge on the chopping board, this will now give you a better balance for cutting the rest of the carrot. Use a fork for stability if needed to hold the carrot. There will always be a thin wedge of carrot left as the blade doesn’t cut flat you will just need to cut this with a knife. The other peeler I haven’t used yet so can’t say how good it is but they are all equally sharp and I would highly recommend. I have kept the plastic guard to put back on after cleaning so don’t throw these out.

They arrived on time. I had the original peeler with a padded handle but it had gone blunt. I was worried they would not be comfortable on the hand. I was wrong, they are lift, and fit nicely in the hand they are extremely Sharpe, which I love, all 3 peelers and shreders work and are good only taking minimum amount off the vegetables. I have Al the OXO items as I'm disabled and poor use of the right shoulder, arm and hand. The kitchen utensils are brilliant and last an extremely long time. I thoroughly recommend all of the items in the range😊

Good quality, not flimsy, sharp and easy to use. Did caused a couple of injuries in the house but overall a good peeler.

Very good peelers. Take minimal amount of fruit/veg away and are very sharp - not dangerously though. Good purchase

I have never gotten excited about peelers but this is the best kitchen products I have brought in ages. I use these regularly in salad and love using to create cucumber, courgette and carrot noodles. Just be careful as they are very, very sharp and caught my hand in the beginning ( was not used to having to apply so little pressure. I now use a fork to hold down veg so I can peel and save my fingers

These are great! They look good. Great price as well. Hadn't read advert properly so hadn't realised I was getting three with different heads so added bonus for me. Comfy to hold, easy to use and great for peeling, shredding etc. Come with clip on covers as very sharp.

If you are looking for something that will last you perhaps a lifetime by these peelers! I’ve had them for so long now and they maintain a sharp blade! I used to have these cheap peelers, but when I switched to these I wholeheartedly noticed the difference in quality! I cannot recommend them enough

Fabulous peelers for making coleslaw. I must invest in gloves though so as not to peel my fingers

We purchased this 3 set for two reasons. The first reason is that this U Shaped design is far easier to clean than the one we had before. It's easy to get at the blades and ensure that no food gets stuck. I also wanted a slicer that would julian carrots specifically. And it truly does an amazing job of this. The blades are really sharp so it doesn't require a lot of physical force to peel carrots Or julian. I do find the handles a little bit small however I don't feel it has a huge impact on the usability of the product. Even my husband who has large hands says that because they're so sharp You don't have to grip it real hard so the fact that the handles are smaller is no problem. The third slicer that is, I believe for softer skinned fruit. Its not one I imagine we will use much but I suppose it's there if we ever need it.

L'ergonomie du produit est excellente et les lames sont extrêmement tranchantes, elles sont livrées avec un petit protecteur pour les lames que j'ai trouvé excellent. Je l'ai acheté principalement pour la lame qui coupe en filets, pour couper les pommes de terre et faire des frites (au Brésil - on utilise beaucoup des pommes de terre comme ça dans certains plats et ce type de pommes de terre est introuvable en France)

Super praktisch und handlich in der Anwendung. Benutze meistens den Schwarzen für normales Schälen von Kartoffeln, Gemüse, auch Tomaten, Möhren etc. Allerdings super scharf - muss man aufpassen - mit jeweils kleiner Abdeckung zum Schonen der Klinge und gegen Schnitte usw. Julienne raspeln geht auch gut. Die 3. Klinge habe ich noch nicht benutzt.

Este conjunto de 3 peladores funciona de maravilla. Viene con un pelador clásico, otro de sierra para pieles blandas y una julienne fina — cubre todas las necesidades. Las cuchillas de acero japonés cortan sin esfuerzo y el mango antideslizante es cómodo incluso con las manos mojadas. Se limpia fácilmente (aptos para lavavajillas) y el diseño es sólido. Buena inversión si buscas utensilios fiables y versátiles para la cocina.
