Silicone Whisk Set, Ouddy 2 Pack Wire Whisk Kitchen Wisks for Cooking for Blending, Whisking, Beating, Stirring

While they are not super sturdy (I bought a wire whisk for those times), these work perfectly well for my purpose in purchasing them. I am able to mix up pancake and waffle batter with no problem. They will work in hot things, won't scratch pans. They are a good value and will serve their intended purpose. Other reviews warned these were not super sturdy so I knew what I was buying and was not dissapointed in the strength.

I would not want these as my sole whisks: the silicone does not slide across the bottoms of pans very easily. This is unpleasant if I'm trying to whisk something very vigorously, and it kind of shudders in my hand. However, one must have a non-metal whisk to stir things in a non-stick pan. I'd like to compare with a better rubber ball whisk than I've used before, but so far the balloon shape is much better in either a skillet or saucier. Especially given the price I don't hesitate to recommend this set. I have had no suspicions of durability problems. It hasn't even given me that issue where silicone turns weird and kind of greasy if exposed to too high a heat. I'll update if I encounter issues though.

When I noticed that my stainless steel whisk was leaving scratches on my non-stick saucepans, I realized I needed a silicone whisk. I had resisted buying one because I figured they would be limp and ineffective. Well, I was wrong. The Ouddy whisk does the job as well as any SS wire whisk and is easier to clean and not a scratch to be seen. My wire whisks were showing signs of rust (I know, they aren't supposed to rust) and needed the dishwasher to clean them of clinging food particles. The silicone whisks are clean in a jiffy under the faucet.

2 whisks.. 2 different size. Silicone covered so you can safely use with your non-stick cookware. So far, so good. Wash in the dishwasher, no prob... I put in the top rack. Sizing listed is accurate. I chose the red - and the pics are accurate for color too. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful, nor do I shy away from answering comments/questions. We switched from stainless steel pots and pan to nonstick about a year ago. I needed to replace my wire whisks. These are perfect. I use them to whisk all kinds of sauces, beat eggs, etc. I love that I can leave them in the sauce pot and they don't burn. My kids even like using them. The two sizes are all you really need. Overall a great buy. The smaller one developed a crack in it recently. I communicated with the company and they offered a free replacement.

These are great! Ordered because most of our pans are non-stick from manufacturers who recommend non-metal utensils, and I could not be more pleased. The whisk hoops are sturdy enough to function well in thick sauces and roux's and work perfectly for thinner sauces and gravies as well. They seem to love the dishwasher too; about the only other feature I could ask for is to be self propelled, and I am not aware of that version being available yet. I highly recommend these Ouddy Silicone Whisks.

I purchased these whisks so that I could safely whisk things in my non-stick cookware. They work fine as whisks, but after using the small one about half a dozen times, the metal wire cut through the silicone coating and left scratches in the pot I was using. I'm still using the large one, but trying to be extra careful not to scrape the bottom of the pan too much while I whisk. Additionally, a few times I have had to reinsert one of the wires back into the handle. Overall, it works fine as a whisk, but if you want the silicone to hold up, don't scrape the bottom of the pan too much.
