I also like that it does not cause constipation which is usually my biggest issue with iron. I take it with food and it has worked well for me. If you struggle with iron levels and want something gentle that does not leave you feeling sick, this is worth trying. It has been one of the only iron supplements I have been able to stay consistent with and I can feel the difference it makes.

I have systemic nickel allergy so heme iron is really my only option. This is a great product and helps so much.

Very good daily supplement

I have low ferritin. My NP specifically recommended a different supplement which helped tremendously after two rounds, but the price kept fluctuating and eventually went from $60 to over $90, which was not sustainable for me. I went in search of something similar. I have yet to find anything that’s almost exact, but this Ancient Nutrition vitamin came close and the price point is great. Slight constipation, but not terrible. No weird taste.
