ASURION 4 Year Kitchen Protection Plan ($125 - $149.99)

This protection plan on my K-Duo worked just as i would hope that it would. My machine stopped working so I tried several times to fix it and I was unable to do so. I contacted Asurion online and they verified my purchase of the K-duo and verified that I had purchased a warranty that was still valid. They gave me instructions on how I should return it and emailed me a packing label to take to UPS which I did that day. THE NEXT DAY they contacted me and issued me a full refund paid directly to Amazon. The following day I ordered a replacement and, though I didn't have to, I ordered another K-Duo because I really liked the ability to make a drip pot OR a K cup. It arrived 2 days later and I'm set to brew my pot of coffee tomorrow!

An insurance plan that works and I purchase this on items that may break or are expensive. Let’s face it, in today’s world manufacturers make things to break and to be replaced. Thus far I used the claim twice and absolutely no hassle, no fuss, no your claim is invalid! They pay out each time something breaks and again because of poor manufacturing of making things that break Will always purchase this plan and if homeowners insurance was as great and reliable and hassle free, what a wonderful world this would be

The claims process was very easy for me: Because there was no equivalent item available Asurion refunded the full purchase price enabling me to buy a replacement of my choice. I didn't have to return the defective item either.

I purchased this when I bought my Ninja blender since it was such an expensive item. I had noticed bits of plastic had been breaking off from the bottom, like it was vibrating too hard then the pitcher randomly cracked. It had been 2 years which wasn't very long for it to break already, I figured I was out of the purchase price. I remembered I bought the protection plan and looked it up and was pleasantly surprised to see it was for 3 years! I was emailed a prepaid mailing label, all I had to do was box it up and take it to a UPS. The same day I dropped it off I received my Amazon gift card via email for the price I paid for the blender! I couldn't believe it was that fast! Also, when I picked up the blender to mail it back the suctions stuck to the countertop and the entire bottom came off! I'm SO glad I purchased this protection! I purchased it again with my new blender.
