Count the tabelts when ordering online
The bottle was sealed and the covers says 80 caplets but when you actually count them there were only 69

This does what it says! You need to be consistent, take the pills everyday. Really does help with joint pain in my hands and knees. Repeat buyer!

The most affordable product for those suffering with golfers shoulder & elbow
I looked up products that could help with golfers elbow and shoulder, and this was in the top three ranking. I have noticed a slight improvement over my elbow bothering me, but a significant improvement with my shoulders. Both are noticeable improvements over getting joint pain from my workplace. I haven't noticed any improvement for my wrists unfortunately, which I was hoping this product would help with as well. I recommend swallowing this as soon as you can. This taste is only slightly unpleasant, but not significantly enough that I won't put it in my mouth. I have no issue dry swallowing, so I always take it right when I wake up. I only take it once a day, even though the bottle says you should take it twice. A very affordable product in comparison to other companies that advertise to help with golfers elbow and shoulder.

Perimenopausal Pain Relief!!
I have been suffering with excruciating hip and knee pain due to perimenopause. I went to orthopedic doctor and they suggested cortisone injections but I decided to try these pills first. I am absolutely amazed at how my pain and flexibility have improved. I noticed a difference after my first day of taking this medication. I now have a new lease on life and am motivated to get back in my exercise routine that I had fallen away from due my significant pain. I wish I would have taken this medication sooner!

This has really helped me!
I've had knee pain for over 2 years. The pain comes and goes depending on my exercise schedule but the pain is bad when it's bad from my knee down to my ankle. I've tried all kinds of things. Things like massage and ice quit working long ago. I thought I would give this a try. This product has really helped, better than anything ive tried since I started this a couple weeks ago. One pill in the morning, one late in the day. I have not been this pain free for a very, very long time.
