I use this twister sometimes but it does work well. I wish the disc was slightly bigger.

This item is very small and (like many other reviews for this sort of product) my feet protrude over the edge which does not feel very safe. My balance is not good enough to put my arms out yet but I have started using the product twice a day and hope for some results in a few weeks perhaps. A few weeks after my first review and I can see the difference in my waistline. If only there was something similar for the rest of me!

I wondered about getting a more expensive (I think I paid eight or nine quid at time of purchase) version, feared this might prove a bit flimsy, but in the event I think this’ brilliant. It might not last me out but while it’s going I couldn’t ask for better. I’ve had it some months and it gets regular use. I’d recommend for abdominal improvement. I’ve used a similar thing in a gym setting but worked for home You might want a chair to balance yourself on. Then bang on a podcast or the TV and I find the time flies without noticing I’m gaining muscle. I haven’t tried it while reading. )And I don’t plan to, might be a sickener.) Definitely worth it at this price. I can feel and (I think) see results. Though apart from staying on it for longer duration, there isn’t much scope for “upping” the exercise. You can’t turn-up the resistance for example. Only add weight with a rucksack or something. But the same objection could be levelled against a walk But walking’s free so no company wants a review of that. Well, maybe an outdoor supplier might want to push hiking. Somebody in the 🥾 boots department

It's about the size of a Frisbee and the plastic is not very strong around the edge. I wear a female UK size 8 and my big toe is over the edge by about 1.5cm
