Does this seed hoop have drainage holes? I do not see any in the photo.

The hoop itself is a mesh, so it drains naturally.

Does the platform feeder in the pic come with this seed catcher? Doesn't mention in description/

The seed catcher is also a "platforn feeder". I do not think square feeder the unit is hanging from is included. Just the wire mesh and 6 hangers. It works very well! No more mess under the feeder.

I put this up on my feeder that holds black oil seed, and now my birds have stopped using that feeder. Any suggestions?

Had same problem, not sure if it is color or smell, but birds wouldn't touch it for several weeks. Now no problem. The birds hop right in. Frustrating but they do get used to it and keeps seed off the ground.
