Cooling Performance Hat, Unstructured Low-Profile Adjustable Fit - UPF 50 - for Running, Workouts & Outdoors

I bought this hat for a male friend but when it came it was too small. I ended up keeping it for myself (l’m female with straight hair - no curly to cover). It does a great job of keeping the sun off my head and face without making me steam underneath. So it does what you need it to do. It folds up small and fits into your back pocket. The colour is as advertised and l find it comfortable to wear. I haven’t worn it in the rain so l don’t know about water resistance but l’ going to say it probably is (given the nylon feel of the fabric). All in all, a good hat to wear in the yard but not fashionable enough for me so l won’t be wearing around town but if you’re a sporty person with a smaller head, this might be exactly what you need for doing errands, walking or running, or just hanging out. I personally prefer other types of hats.

I appreciate the fact that the hat is low profile, very comfortable, light weight, easy to pack or store in a tote/bag, keeps my head cooler, and the Velcro strip on the back of the hat does not stick to the headrests on flights. Quality is good and I like the fact that the hat is "plain" and goes well with just about any outfit. Yes, I recommend it and will purchase another color soon.

I bought this hat a few years ago before a summer trip to Idaho, where the temperature reached 104°F. I honestly wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would make, but after soaking it in water and putting it on, I was amazed. You can actually feel the cooling effect around your head, and it made being outside in extreme heat much more comfortable. For me, it made a huge difference, and I never felt like I was getting close to heat exhaustion. Ever since that trip, I never leave home without it if I’m going to be outside in intense summer heat. If I know I’ll be outdoors for a long time, I always bring a bottle of water just to re-wet the hat. It’s become part of my summer routine because it really does work. My only complaint is the design. Functionally, it’s excellent, but I don’t think it’s very stylish. Because of that, I only wear it when it’s extremely hot and I need the cooling performance. If the design were a little more fashionable, I’d probably wear it much more often. Overall, if staying cool is your priority, I highly recommend it. I just hope Mission comes out with a version that’s as stylish as it is effective.

Very impressed with quality, fit and look of this hat. It really does do what it is advertised. Just wet the cap all over and squeeze out excess water and shake the cap a few times and place on your head. Instant relief from scorching temps. Highly recommended

These are great baseball caps for all outdoor activities. Cool with great sun protection. It fits me well and has held up for years of regular use. The sizing strap is first rate. I bought another one, just in case this one gets blown away.

Good hat with one caveat. I have a big head, and even then most caps fit well with some adjustment. The fit on this one is odd. It is bigger overall in top of the headroom. So if i want to pull it down to cover my head it lands way down on my ears. Never Ever have i had a cap that fits like that. So upon further inspection i noticed the seams that go backward from the brim go downward instead of straight back, and are bunched together somewhat. Maybe its a sewing mistake or design error. Its only works for me if i can pull a hat down and have a comfortable fit. If you have a tall head thats big its for you! ALSO, why do these guys think we want thier logo sticking out on the front? We bought your hat so stop with the junk!

Fits so nice, very light weight, comfortable, easy to pack, good sun protection, would buy again.

Love this cap. I used it at the beach to wet my head. Had to wet it several times since it’s so hot. looked good too. I recommend this cap.

These hats are great! They fit easily and the material wrings out to make a cooling hat when I'm sailing in direct sun. I have bought three so far!

This is my second mission baseball cap; really pleased with its cooling performance of the first. The second sold as unisex but noticably smaller and most adult men would find it too small.

Is this a joke? This hat is clearly second hand and ready for the bin. I am disgusted to receive this rubbish. Firstly it arrives in generic bag with no tags. It absolutely stinks like cheap perfume, the Velcro section that adjusts is missing half the Velcro and will not attach and half the name decal is missing. Complete rip off. See photos attached.
