I own several supplements from this brand and none of them disappoint. They are so affordable and effective. This product in particular is great. It seems like every liver supplement out there is different. This brand said screw it and loaded it up with seemingly every single one of them out there. If you indulge in the hard-to-process substances in life like Kava, alcohol, kratom, or even prescription drugs that are processed in the liver, you can benefit from this product. Imagine everything your liver has done for you over the years. I've ordered these multiple times. I'm 5'1" and weigh 120. To me, one size does not fit all. My husband weighs twice as much so he takes 3. Bottle says take 3, I take 2 a day at once, with my other prescription meds. Make sure you can with your prescription. Google it. My doctor was concerned about my Liver because my blood test showed I was getting into the red zone. Needless to say, my doctor said my liver looks good and to keep doing what ever I'm doing.

I had to get a complete physical done for my new job. The first blood results indicated that I had elevated liver enzymes. I had just returned from Africa where I was taking anti malaria tablets which could have been the contributing factor. Alcohol cannot be ruled out either because on expat jobs people have a tendency to consume a lot more than one would back home. Any way, I ordered this supplement after reading the reviews on Amazon, and took it as directed. I had follow up liver panels done the following two weeks and noticed a significant reduction in my liver enzymes. I was completely off of alcohol in this period and consumed a much healthier diet with lots of antioxidants especially avocados and pomegranates. The results are listed below: Week 1: ALT - 112 AST - 107 GGT - 129 Week 2: ALT - 86 AST - 66 GGT - 140 Week 3: ALT - 51 AST - 40 GGT - 106 The normal reference interval for ALT according to LabCorp is 0-44 IU/L and for AST it is 0-40 IU/L. Upper limit for GGT is 65 IU/L. I read somewhere that GGT is very sensitive to alcohol consumption and remains elevated for at least 4-5 weeks after one stops drinking (long half life). I am sticking to coffee and green tea for now and hope that in the next few weeks I can bring the remaining enzymes in the normal range. My AST has already come within the range but probably needs to be reduced further. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is struggling with moderately elevated liver enzymes. Also, in my case results for Hepatitis B/C were negative. Give it a try and stay healthy.

The product itself seems to be great. NOW Foods is a reliable, high-quality supplement company and I've never had anything but great results from their products. They don't cut corners, they have good science behind their products and I'd recommend them to anybody. Dealing with CB Select was total BS. I was promised a 3-5 day "additional order processing time"; it took them 7 days. I was promised 3-5 day shipping time; it took them 8 days. The product itself is great. If you can order it from any other source, or acquire it locally, I'd highly recommend it. NOW Foods is good stuff. CB Select is just another penny-ante back room skeezy Amazon "client vendor" that does whatever the hell they want and hustle people for money. They blatantly lie about processing time and shipping and rip your ass off whenever and however they possibly can. This is rapidly becoming 100% normal for any product that's not actually shipped from Amazon. Don't ever buy from CB Select unless you enjoy getting lied to about shipping and processing times.

Excellent blend of liver detoxification herbs. Has definitely upped my detox output. Keen to see my liver panel on my next blood analysis to see if it’s had a lowering effect on my liver enzymes
