Great Tippet Holder but the Clip Stinks!
Fantastic tippet holder. Sturdy, line cutter works well, holds spools securely. However the clip stinks. The holder would get stuck in one position and the clip does not allow the holder to move freely. My solution: I had home small files so I rounded the square edges and opened the "C" shaped slot to allow the holder to move freely in all positions. Now that I modified the clip it works fantastic!

Holds tippet as expected.
Overall great product. The only complaint that may become a durability issue is the plastic clip they used for attachment. Not sure why they didn't just go with an aluminum clip of some sort. Overall happy with the purchase and if it breaks, it wouldn't be hard to modify/improve.

Works great for the price!
For the price you cannot beat it! The clip is plastic, so not the strongest but, I don’t think it will break with normal use. It’s easy to use and you cannot beat it for the price! Very comparable to the more expensive Rio brand.

Product description says: "Tippet holder constructed of strong annodized aerospace aluminum" but the clip and line cutter are made of cheap plastic. So expect to loose the whole thing someday after the UV from the sun has deteriorated the plastic. Lame.
