Pretty yummy just spendy
Love the chocolate brownie and the white chocolate raspberry ones, they are mostly soft and chewy (white chocolate one is not quite as soft and has chunks of white chocolate (yum!) They really helped curb my cravings. Had a bunch of these while I was pregnant and had gestational diabetes and these helped so much with my blood sugar. (I would only eat a small portion of the bar at a time) so it makes them last a lot longer. I usually do try and get these when on sale though because I find them to be a bit pricey.

Yummy
Microwave these for 10 seconds and thank me later. Great taste with lots of protein and fiber if you are trying to increase those in your diet.

Fresh, Dense and Chewy- Great Taste
Heaven on Earth. Oh my goodness, my mouth had a wonderful time devouring this Quest Brownie Bar. And the ingredients are okay ! This tastes like a real brownie. Dense chocolate and chewy. Fresh. And filling. I didn’t notice like a protein rush or anything like that. Now I need to purchase more because every one in the house is enjoying these bars.

20 grams of protein
I like a lot but the wife didn’t care for them much. The wife thought they were too chewy but I like that in a protein bar. I thought the taste was pretty good. 20 grams of whey protein with only one gram of sugar is outstanding. Good price for 12 bars. I will be buying them again, the wife will have to find her own, lol.

Great product, I'm an addict.
I was turned on to Quest from posts I heard about them from a body building friend of mine. Since first try, I've been ordering about 2 boxes per month, and even got an affiliate link that I send to my friends. I travel a lot, so like to keep a few with me as an alternative to grabbing a much less healthy snack on the go. I also find them a good late night snack alternative. I do like most of the flavors, chocolate does taste like a tootsie roll. The Cookie Dough is overly sweet however. Banana Nut bread and Coconut are very tasty The only downside is the product is not always consistent. As you see other reviews below, sometimes they can be a little hard, or a little too salty. Sometimes there are large bits of fruit in the berry or banana nut, and sometimes not. When I get the boxes, it seems they are hand packed, hand taped, and it makes me wonder if this comes from a couple of ladies working from their home kitchen. However, there is something charming about the inconsistency. It gives them a homemade sense to it - and like my own cooking, things aren't always perfect. Perhaps some larger company will buy them out someday and improve on the processes. I sure hope not - because who knows what that might do to the product. I also occasionally get the peanut butter cups. They have a crazy artificial sweetness, but I still get hooked on them.

Not a Fan of the Texture
I was excited to try the Quest Chocolate Brownie Protein Bar because the flavor sounded amazing, but the texture really put me off. It’s dense and a bit chalky, making it hard to enjoy, even though the chocolate taste is decent. I like the high protein and low sugar content, but I just couldn’t get past the tough, dry chew. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying this flavor again.

Great Gluten Free Protein Bar Option
I've searched far and wide for a gluten free protein bar to substitute for my previous non-GF protein bar of choice ( Clif Bar Builder's Bar ). That was not an easy task. Sure, there are lots of gluten free food products marketed as protein bars, but they typically have only around 10g of protein but upwards of 30g of carbs. This Quest protein bar contains both high levels of protein and a low sugar content. Based solely on the ingredients and numbers, this bar may be superior to any Cliff bar. Where they fall short is on taste, which I fully expected. That doesn't mean that these bars don't taste good (they do), but you have to adjust your expectations. For anyone on a gluten free diet looking for a high protein, low carb protein bar, you'll be hard pressed to find a better option than this one. The cost of a protein bar is high (over $2/bar), but gluten free food products typically cost more than regular products. There are also legitimate concerns about some of the ingredients (sucralose, for instance), but that is a trade off that you'll have to consider.
