The spoons are plastic, with this game you could substitute real spoons if you wish. If,we have more people we use them.

What are the rules for spoons game

I bought this game a while back for grandson and not 100% sure. I do remember it is a fun and fast paced game where I think you draw cards to get four of a kind and when you do, you lay down the cards and grab a spoon. If you have five players than you only put out four spoons and keep eliminating a spoon and a player.

Is this the regular size game with big spoons in a nice plastic case or a smaller version?

This is the smaller version. We do have a Giant Spoons game.

Who would I contact about not receiving all of the spoons?

Just buy plastic spoons from Walmart or regular store
