One of the bags was torn

I received both of my bags today and on time. I opened up the envelope and one of the lodestone food bags were torn and it was sand all over the bottom of the envelope, I tried to get out what I could,but it was sticking to the inside of the envelope, yes I’m pissed off, but the other bag was fine.
