Brilliant tin by Nordic Ware. This tin is very versatile. Found the baking capacity great for cooking for three or four people. The design is sleek and the tin itself is sturdy but not heavy. I have used it to make brownie-style cakes, to roast veggies and potatoes, to make lasagne, to make tiramisu, to make an oatmeal bake, to bread pudding and to make strawberry crumble. It is very easy to clean; I have used it with parchment paper and without and have had no problems removing anything after using it --the pan has not scratched but I would recommend not using anything too abrasive --I wash with a sponge and washing up liquid and remove any stubborn burnt bits either with a paste of bicarbonate of soda and vinegar or with the pink stuff. Would 100% recommend.

There is nothing like Nordic Ware baking equipment. You will not find a sturdier, better made cake pan/muffin tin/baking sheet etc. anywhere. The aluminum is so pure, a beautiful light colour, really solid and the reinforced sides really do make a difference. They are rounded and have such a nice edge, will never warp and these pans are going to last decades. Everything I have baked with them so far has turned out so beautifully. The cooking is so even there is truly nothing better. (And don’t forget, never buy those nonstick coatings they are extremely dangerous and carcinogenic.) I now have six or seven NW baking items. This is by far my favourite brand. And don’t forget it’s made in the USA which is very important to me! (I only buy things made in Canada and the USA now.) PS the reviewer who said he was disappointed about the dents doesn’t understand that these are hand crafted, hand bent into position etc. They are made the old-fashioned way, meaning the quality way. You shouldn’t want machine made crap from the PRofC.

Not kidding, this pan was worth every penny. Any pan that holds up to bake, cool, wash repeat for 8 batches in 1 day is wrth a review. Made 8 pans of different types of bar cookie and snacks. Even heating beautiful bakes, clean up is a snap compared to other brands. It's a heavy-ish pan so no warping.
