Nope! I've tried it when i had scabies and it didn't seem to do anything to them! The only off the shelf product to kill scabies is sulphur soap 10%

What's the difference between the ultra shampoo and the 2 in 1?

I can only speak to the ultra being very effective useing it a few times. After aplicación wait ten minutes and rinse worked well for me. The spray seemed to work as indicated bc I haven’t seen any bugs around.
