What is the inbuilt string tension ?

Just purchased a new Yonex, Nanoray, Light, 18i. Specification is 5U/G4 so light and smallish grip size. Racket states a 20-30lb string tension capability. I would say my delivered racket has a lower than anticipated string tension, so 20lbs from the factory. I would appreciate a higher string tension so may get it re-strung soon. Would also note that this range of Yonex rackets are made in China, under license. If I had known this I may have chosen another ‘home grown’ Yonex racket. Somewhat disappointed with my first games with the 18i. Prefer my old Nanoray, I-Speed at the moment ! Steve Gray, vintage club level player.

What is the weight of the Racquet?

My new Nanoray, Light, 18i is rated as 5U/G4. I understand 5U is the current lightest racket specification around 83-85gms. Hope this helps. Steve Gray, vintage club player.

Does this racket come with strings don’t understand description strung, unstrung- strung

Yes, strung and ready to go. If a racket is unstrung it means there are no strings at all. It's very rare that an 'unstrung' racket would be sold.
