I highly recommend this product. I’ve always suffered from constipation, I would almost go for a week without going to the bathroom. I’ve tried everything. Nothing would work. I love this product because I have constipation and this helps me a lot, at first when using it it gives you a little pain, it helps you to get everything off your body, then it no longer hurts, you have to take it after every meal and at the end of the day before going to bed you take magnesium citrate from the same store .

Este suplemento es excelente, tengo un niño autista de 9 años, llevo 2 años luchando con el problema del estreñimiento severo, hace 2 meses en la desesperación y despues de probar muchas cosas. Primeramente gracias a Dios al fin se ha logrado estabilizar bastante con este producto. Dusuelvo una capsula en liquidos cada noche.
