What are the ingredients?

I Googled "ingredients in Pet-Tabs Plus AF and found the following: Wheat Germ, Kaolin, Corn Syrup, Pork Liver Meal, Dicalcium Phosphate, Sorbitol, Choline Chloride, Sugar, dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Safflower Oil, Aspic, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Ascorbic Acid, Stearic Acid, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Iron Oxide and Iron Proteinate, Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin A Acetate, ... There are additional ingredients but they're too small for me to read on the side of the container.

Is it by phyzer or virbac? also why does the product name say AF when description says OF ( original formula )?

Owned by Phyzer and distributed by Virbac. AF means advanced formula. I have used it on my older dog for years and it helps keep him healthy.

Will this tablet fit into a pill pocket (capsule size)?

Every dog I have seen loves pet tabs. I would be shocked if yours didn't. But to answer your question, the pill pockets are pretty flexible, like clay, I am guessing you could use it just fine.
