La Bella Styling Gel Max Hold and Volume Green, 35.3 Ounce

It's alchohol free (I believe) tightens and holds very well with minimal flaking (if any at all). All of the LaBella Gels are pretty good but for me this one takes the cake. I've got very thick curly hair and have not used any other product that handles my hair this well. On top of the fantasitic hold, it has a great shine to it as well. Hours after my hair has completely dried, it maintains that glossy almost wet look. I have used this product for some 15 yrs now (and have tried several other, significanlty more expensive options) and have yet to come across another gel that works as well for me. Also, for those of us with that have grey hairs coming in (i'm not sure exactly how), this gel somehow hides/blends them in with the rest of your hair making them significantly less noticeable. Growing up in California, I used to get this stuff for $2.75 at the grocery store but since moving to Arizona I can't find it in stores anywhere. Even paying 3-4x the price i'm used to paying for this product, it's still a great buy. 5 star rating... All day, every day!

My wife's favorite hair gel is La Bella. She originally bought it at a store, and then couldn't find it...they had moved it to the ethnic aisle. She doesn't care who else uses it, she thinks it is terrific! The price is quite reasonable, and the gel does a great job of taming and arranging her hair. She has tried the different colors but can't tell any difference, so whatever! Why spend a fortune on some of those highly hyped other hair products when this one does a perfectly fine job! It's worth trying!

It is a good Gel for my kind of hair. I have fine hair. Specially when my hair is long that is unruly it does the job. Thanks La Bella Gel.

I've put gel in my hair for many more years than I wish to admit, and have tried many products. This one HOLDS hair well, and is NOT FLAKY, and has a decent (mild to non-existent) scent, and is very reasonably priced. I was disappointed to find that my local CVS no longer carries it, but am pleased to find that Amazon has it! I would highly recommend LaBella styling gel!

The gel works very well to control frizzies on my curly hair. It can be a bit thick but I mix with a little water and get a good consistency for my hair which is fine and flyaway. It is a very good value as well.

This works pretty got for thick natural hair. I have been looking for a product that can hold my thick hair down and this does it. I also use edge control but this gets it done.

Great hold, no flaking and great value for the money! It's going to be hard, I think, to find a better hair gel for the price!
