Works so much better than ones we’d tried in the past. This one much more durable and mom can get in and out of cars easier.

This HEALTHSMART SWIVEL SEAT CUSHION (Black with Red Stripe, 12.5 Inches in Diameter) works fine as a swivel cushion for my little black folding stool; it does NOT work as a swivel cushion in the passenger-side bucket seat of my Honda Accord. Although it appears to fit the Accord’s bucket seat, it sinks down into the middle of the seat, and the flared sides of the seat prevent the cushion from swiveling. What does work in the Accord’s bucket seat is a larger 16-inch diameter Medline swivel cushion . (It is the light gray swivel seat shown in my photos.) The larger swivel cushion sits atop the flared sides of the bucket seat, and the cushion is able to swivel. The swivel cushion is extremely helpful to my disabled husband, when he gets in and out of the car. The 12.5” striped HealthSmart swivel seat is a “Vivi” brand swivel seat, made in China, and “manufactured for HealthSmart International”. It seems to be reasonably well made, and the cover is machine washable. Obviously the red-and-black swivel seat is NOT a good match for the ivory upholstery of my car, but that wouldn’t matter if the small cushion were able to swivel. In my experience, the plastic swivel portion of this type of cushion always wears out over time. The person’s weight causes the connection between the plastic swivel part and the cushion to break, or else the plastic swivel portion cracks. You can expect to have to replace any regularly-used swivel cushion from time to time.

Oh wow, these things are great. It worked out what I had planned for them. I had these table like things I wanted to use as bar stools and these swivel cushions fit perfectly. Now I have some cool bar stools 😁 They have held up really well so far. Whatever theyre made of is tough and handles a lot of butts plopping on and off them hahaha The padding is great, theyre so comfortable to sit on. I threw a fringed shawl over mine to help save the top so it wont wear too quickly. The one Hubby uses is t covered but shows no signs of wear. Pretty good price for such tough seat cushions, AND they swivel! A great buy for sure

Does not work, does not rotate and very uncomfortable. Also it is not returnable, although it states it can be returned, but won't let you continue with the return process. Very disappointed and out of money for that purchase. I should have listened to the reviews before purchasing.

I purchased two of these seat cushions for my parents. The one for my mom works find and she likes it. Unfortunately, the one for my dad did not work for him because of his weight and his height and it created more issues for him getting in and out of the car because it decreased his leg and head space. The bigger issue I have is that when I attempted to return this with the vendor HealthSmart, they would not accept a return and I did not see this when item was purchased. I was willing to make an exchange if necessary and I called the number provided and I got a recording telling me to go to a website for further assistance. Upon going to the web site, I got a message that the site was down due to maintenance, so I was unable to speak with anyone about the issue. So, I called Amazon directly and they processed a return for me without having to return the item. The item is useless to me because it does not work and maybe I can gift it to someone who is smaller in stature. I thank Amazon for making this right, but I warn anyone who is thinking about purchasing this swivel cushion, that the weight and height is the person using it be taken into consideration, as well as the amount of space they have around them, especially for the driver due the steering wheel. Try to find anything about the company's return policy and verify any information they list to see if in fact you will be able to reach anyone because if it were not for being purchased thru Amazon, I would have not gotten this resolved and would have had to take a loss. As a result of this even though the item works well for my mom, I will not be purchasing from HealthSmart again.

I bought this seat to go with my chair gym which I have been using for many years. The twister seat that came with the gym chair was accidentally thrown out. I didn’t feel like waiting almost two weeks for another one to arrive so I took a chance on this one which I got the very next day. This is perfect! So glad I ordered it.

We use this a the kitchen chair to help turn someone with Parkinson's. It works great for when you can't turn the chair. They think it is comfortable. Be aware it raises the seat of the chair so make sure they will still fit under the table.

I guess I should have read through all the reviews and information on this seat, especially about the fact it's non-returnable. The swivel feature works great so I can sit and turn into the car without a problem. The problem is that it's hard and uncomfortable to sit on while driving. The edge of it is rigid against the back of my thighs and makes for an uncomfortable ride. By the time I got to my destination, my back was aching. Though it says good for getting into a car, it is recommended to use on flat surfaces, such as a chair. That was not in the original product information. Think twice about making this purchase. And then, don't buy it

My husband finds this very handy to use at the kitchen nook...his right leg doesn't function well & use to be in a lot of pain...this cushion make sitting at the kitchen table much easier. The only problem is the granddaughters love to play with it...they think its fun to take into the playroom & swivel around and around.

Alles super, immer wieder gern, tolle Sache, Omi kann wieder entspannt ins Auto ein- u. wieder aussteigen. Der Sitz ist weich.

This cushion is a first class product works every time . I BOUGHT this to replace a soft flexible one that jammed 8 times out of 10 , I have had both hips replaced so needed an easy way to get in and out of a car so as to assist healing and discomfort , this cushion does it all so easy on the ball bearings I recommend it to everyone even if you have back problems. The seller is first class delivery next day even an e-mail to tell you time of delivery. Spot on many thanks.......
