How many showers can you get out of one bar of soap before the loofah negativity affects ur skin?

I only use it on my face pre and post shave. I shave frequently and get around 2 months use out of a single bar before it's more loofah than bar.

Where is the complete ingredient list. All it states is glycerine but clearly there are more. I can’t buy anything unless I know the ingredient list.
