do you sell replacement rollers. Need to purchase more of the smaller size.

Hi unfortunately I don't have it.

Why won’t they heat?

I have not had any problems with them heating. The rollers need to be securely set in place and the top is to be zipped closed.

I ordered replacement rollers from conair in east windsor, nj. i have never received them. who can i contact? google says closed permanently.

Maybe just buy another one? Save all the extra parts then you will have extra. Just try "conair"? on line

Can these be used in the UK at 240 volts?
