Helpful for Back Pain & Comfortable to Use
My husband has been using this wedge pillow for his back pain, and it’s made a noticeable difference for him, especially when resting or sleeping. The incline helps keep his legs elevated comfortably, and the pillow is firm enough to provide support without flattening out. The cover is soft, and the shape stays in place well during use. We also like that it’s lightweight enough to move around the house when needed. Overall, this has been a really helpful purchase for comfort and support.

VERY FIRM PILLOW WIDE ENOUGH FOR BOTH LEGS
i was plesantly surprised at this pillow when it arrived. Its pretty darn thick which is a good thing. I have edema caused by diabetis and the other pillow i was using just didnt support the legs very good. This one is wide and very firm. I used it already for about 4 or 5 days and already have reduced the water swelling in my legs by over 50 percent. The pillow is wide enough where i can put both legs on it and watch tv or go to sleep. I wasnt thrilled about paying so much money but after i used it the price seemed very reasonable becuase going to the doctor is 35 dollars or more my share cost. I would rather help my legs naturally by reducing the salt intake and then also using this pillow then i would going to the doctor and asking for a stronger directic that over works the kidneys. I already have reduced the edema so much that my feet on the bottom feel flat. I have never had a problem like this my whole life but when you turn 64 i guess its time to pay the fiddler. THe other alternative is to wear compression socks and i dont want to mess with those, they are a pain to put on. Its like stuffing a elephant leg into a size extra small sock. after about 8 months of wondering what to do this became the answer. The bad part about it, is its so big that when you do put it on a queen size bed it takes up the whole bed seems like it anyway. I did see another type where you could inflate it with air and it wouldnt swell up so big but i think the main thing is this one works and overall a person doesnt have to use it every day becuase it works so well. Overall i rate is five stars.

Helps A Little with My Sciatica Leg Pain
I'm 5'10 and got the 10 inch model. I have tried a few things to help with my sciatica pain (i.e. seat pillows, compression garments, stretches). Not sure if there is a cure for sciatica aside from physical therapy, but i can't engage in that at the moment due to the pandemic (trying to keep distance from everyone and everything). I experience slight pain running up and down my right thigh throughout the day. It is a hard feeling to describe, but its just a feeling that my thigh is not operating as normal. It is lite, but there are moments where it is sharper than usual. I mostly feel it when sleeping and trying to turn from one side of the mattress to the other. Due to the pain, i end up rotating myself to the other side of the bed very slowly. I got this after reading a review that pillow wedges help with sciatica pain. This pillow is to really help me with my posture, to sleep straight in my bed versus sleeping on my side and to help with blood circulation. I feel like i hunch over to help avoid pain to my thigh. As noted, i feel slight pain as if my ham string was ripped, pulled apart, or in the process of being ripped and pulled apart in opposite directions. I got this and i am very pleased with it. It is sturdy and well made. The polyester fabric feels nice against the leg. Nice and cool feeling. I can rub my hands on this material all day. It does help provide slight relief when i wake up in the morning. It is NOT a cure to get rid of sciatica pain. I just wish there was a cure for sciatica because i cannot imagine using this for the rest of my life. Regardless, it helps slightly so that is always a plus.

Astonishing!
If you have back problems this is the leg rest for you. I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc and bone spur in my lower spine which is touching a nerve. I have been struggling to get a good nights sleep. I have tingling , burning and some numbness in my legs. Have done all of my homework (chiropracter, physical therapy, massage therapy, stretching, strengthening, ice, heat, etc....and lots of Advil. I ordered several leg supports before finding this one (it closely resembles the one they use when you get an MRI). I have spent a fortune on "props"...some very expensive. Believe me this one works! I was hesitant because it is not terribly expensive. But honestly, the last three nights have been phenominal for me...no tingling, no cramps, no jumping out of bed to stretch and walk it off. I have slept through the night and wake up feeling better than I have in months. It is high and very firm which obviously puts my spine in just the right place to take the pressure off the nerve. This might not be the best thing if you are using it as a leg rest, but if you need something for your back, THIS IS IT!

sciatica and stenosis pain relief
This is the one for me. I've tried numerous wedge pillows and this has been the most effective wedge pillow for flareups with low back pain, sciatica, and edema. While it takes up more space (is wider and taller) than the others, it's well worth the compromise for the pain and discomfort relief.

Great wedge, just too large
I have sciatica and have been using a pillow doubled over to put under my knees until I ordered this wedge, There is nothing wrong with its construction; it is well made and one of the few I could find that isn’t memory foam. Its cover looks durable and has a silky finish which makes it easy if you want to move or change the position of your legs. The reason for the four stars isn’t because of the quality of the wedge, it’s because it is very large and way too high for my 5’3” frame. After a night’s use, my ankles were more numb than before and my back was sore. Using a doubled over pillow works way better, just less convenient because it doesn’t stay in place.

Exactly What Therapist Uses
I got a knee replacement a few months ago. This is my fourth knee surgery on that knee, and finally, I have a pillow that puts my knee at rest above my heart. The dimensions of this pillow are exactly what they use at my physical therapist's office after I do my therapy. I lie down, with my upper legs on the ramp, and my knees and lower legs on the flat portion. An ice pack on my knee and suddenly, I'm actually comfortable. Which is a miracle, since usually after an hour of cycling, moving weights, scooting around on a wheeled stool and trying to walk with a band around my legs, I should be in endless pain. Every day, after my exercises at home, I spend 10 minutes on this with an ice pack. I don't sleep with it, since I don't want my knee getting locked in a bent position and my feet, quite rightly, do hang over the edge, but the thought is tempting. And I really like that the cover is washable - especially since the plastic it was wrapped in felt really odd and gross. This is a life saver after exercising. And when the doctor tells you to elevate your legs above your heart, this is the way.

Really like it!
I have a lot of pain in my legs from having severe issues with my spine, back surgeries and nerves. I also have adhesive arachnoiditis which causes me to have intense muscle spasms. I'm also pretty much bedridden bcuz mobility makes things worse. I worry about blood clots so I decided to purchase this wedge to get my legs up above my heart. It also just makes my legs feel better after propping them up. I do want to say this thing is quite hard so I have to put a thin bed pillow long ways that goes up the side and on top of the wedge. It gets painful and my legs and feet go to sleep if I don't use the pillow but I'm ok with using it. Keep in mind that it might not be comfortable if you use a big bulky bed pillow. I've also had total hip replacement on my right side and am waiting to have the left done but I can get both legs up on the wedge easily and be comfortable. For myself the most comfortable position is to turn the wedge with the slope part away from me. It's easier on the knee's that way as well. It's way to hard to use under your upper body. I tried with 3 pillows on top and it was still to hard. For raising the legs up this is excellent and you cannot beat the price. And love that the cover can be removed and washed. Cover is well made and the foam is of good quality. There was absolutely no smell upon opening. I was able to use immediately.

It's perfect!
This is really helping reduce the swelling in my legs, and I can even sleep when I use it. It's fairly hard, so if your legs are sore you may need to put a pillow on top of it. I like the height and the shape of it supports my entire leg. My heels come over the end of it, (I am 5'5") but that is not a problem at all. Very comfortable and restful to use while I watch TV, use my phone or read.

A product that stands out from the rest
I purchased this leg wedge for my Mum who has varicose ulcers and is advised to keep the legs in a raised position constantly. I tried to match the leg wedge which she was given to use during her hospitalisation and despite a great variety of similar products on the market, this product was the closest match. It is an excellent product - the dimensions permit use for both legs, the foam it is made of is firm to hold the legs in an elevated position, but soft enough not to cause discomfort. The design is identical to that of the wedge recommended by my Mum's doctors. The zip cover makes it incredibly practical to maintain a good level of hygiene. Given my Mum's condition the wedge will become a permanent fixture on her bed and only time will tell how durable it is.
