For superior to the hoes supplied by Medicare. This hose does not kink like the cheap one . Seem the government will “supply “ cheap stuff but you need a good hose. So at comes with 3 16 foot hoses so you can and them or use 1. The only problem I had was it only comes with 1 coupling. Should have 3 .
