Convenient and intuitive to use
A VERY fine abrasive rubber block for removing rust and patina from knives and other tools. I dabbed a little clean water on the eraser and the blade of a carbon Opinel and rubbed.with the grain of the grind on the blade with very light pressure. Worked like a charm. Just use the grits in succession and support the knife on a flat surface. Then wipe off or wash your knives, dry them by hand well, oil with food grade mineral oil or Wicked Wax and store in your knife block or other clean dry area. Works very well

No more rust stains
Great way to remove small stains from blades. Sometimes I even run them over the edge to restore the mirror polish

I was surprised, but it works.
It works! Generally Barkeepers Helper is probably easier to use.

OK I Guess.
I used it and true it does rub off rust but no different than any bartenders keeper powder. Package is all written in oriental language of some sort but really no big deal unless maybe dealing with horrific rust. it certainly does not strike me as a five star product.

worth every penny and more.
Ordered this because I restore a lot of knives and tools, and hone and sharpen all types of blades. Haven’t tried cleaning a stone with it, but it removes rust and scratches with ease. It does wear down a little but the size does make up for that. Doesn’t scratch wood, so it comes in handy for the brass pins on knife handles. Love this thing. Do be sure to oil your knives after use if they aren’t stainless as this is a water based item. Ten out of ten in my book. Worth the money for sure. It does wear down fast for thicker rust but I only have the fine red. Will invest in the medium grit white one for sure.

Get the Medium grit version too!
You'll probably want to ALSO have the Medium grit eraser, which would complement the Fine version nicely. The Fine eraser on its own is going to take more time and effort to remove rust spots and other blemishes from your knives.
