Do you have to give the dosage slowly or will it release quickly? Don’t always have all the time in the world with cattle, even in the Shute.

personally, I think there are some things to consider regarding this. One is the need size which may make a quick injection problematic - maybe not. Also, consider the comfort or in this case, the discomfort of the animal. In my case, I was giving injections to sheep. So, the dose was between 1 and 5 cc which took me between 1 and 2 seconds without much force with an 18 gauge needle. I probably could have done it faster, but another issue is control - controlling a syringe with a pistol grip can also be a challenge. To me a bit to get used to it. Hope this helps.

Can you fill this full and set it to give just 2 ml each time? I'm not sure what the description is telling me. Sorry I have to ask.

What needles go with this?

I use 18 gauge or 16 gauge. But I believe any size needle can be used.
