Works fine with Alpine CDA-7854 head unit.
Replaced old cable with this version and very happy that it worked just fine with Alpine CDA-7854 head unit.

Plugged right into the back of my Alpine Tuner with no issues. One thing to mention is if you're playing music from an outside source, you'll need to go into the tuners menu & change audio input & you'll be rocking in no time
