Love it!

Great book for intermediate practitioners. A lot of things in the book are ok for beginners as well, but there is an implied footnote on personal responsibility to do your research and understand the gravity of your responsibilities as a bruja prior to beginning the workings. Highly recommend for mature, responsible individuals that have some base knowledge and a general comprehension of what they are doing and why.

I’m considered to be a “baby bruja” and I’ve followed Valeria’s Instagram for quite some time now and I’ve purchased this book for my birthday. The book itself is so captivating to read and there are plenty of potions for brujas of all levels, including baby brujas such as myself.

A lot of recipes did not resonate with me, but the book would definitely make a great gift. The book is pretty small.

If you're a fan of potions, sure, definitely go for it. Although I learned enough reading this book to learn that potions are not for me! haha. But I really enjoyed reading the introduction of the book that talks about general witchcraft information. I thought that was new and very insightful!

Again, excellent book for beginners. I can’t wait to start buying the supplies to make different potions! I am very excited.

Valeria aka the Mexican Witch provides a fun easy read with lots of ideas and detailed recipes. Looking forward to trying a few!
