Nerf N-Strike Elite 18-Dart Quick Reload Clip

My son loves the added capacity for his nerf guns! Pros: Holds 18 darts Loads darts, inserts and ejects like a real magazine. Clear on one side so you can quickly see how many rounds you have left. Can use many different brands of darts. Easy and fast to load darts into magazine. Durable material (used for 2 months and have been dropped many times and have not yet cracked. Cons: Sometimes jams if you use really cheap or semi crushed darts. Summery: Overall my 6 year old son loves these magazines for his nerf guns. He loves that they work like real magazines and has no issues loading them himself. They work fine with the cheaper adventure force darts that come in the 200 packs so don’t have to spend a lot more on the nerf brand darts, however the more rigid nerf darts do work better. If you kids or you love nerf guns and are compatible with these magazine, buy em!

The only problem with this clip is the time it takes to load 18 Nerf dart rounds. This magazine works great with all Nerf Elite N-Stike clip platforms and gives extra firepower to 6 and 12 clip weapons. You'll probably want to get several of these magazines as they really unload fast with any of the semi-auto Nerf guns. I have two of these 18 round clips, but one came with a Nerf Elite Stryfe, and I plan on purchasing more. When loading these 18 dart magazines it is best to use only 17 darts. The 18th fits too tight and could be the cause of an initial jam. Another word of caution: Do not store the magazines in a loaded condition. The darts being made of foam rubber material will deform in the clip after time becoming almost oval due to spring pressure and this also could lead to jamming. I sure hope this helps anyone out there considering these magazines and their usage. Have fun and stay young.

I was sitting quietly doing my work, when all of a sudden a barrage of darts came flying across my cubicle. I tried to retaliate by loading up my weapon with a 6-dart clip and firing away. I successfully got 3 shots off till the reload mechanism on the gun jammed. I dropped back under the cover of my cubicle and hurriedly removed everything off the gun to see what the hell was preventing my exchange. Of course, the clip had smushed one of the darts and got stuck on the reloading pin. I let out a roar, and threw my gun in anger. Quietly, I walked out of my cubicle, raised my hands in submission and succumbed to the hail of styrofoam. I remember distinctly telling myself that I will have revenge. That I will no longer let an equipment failure be the reason for not being able to not-do-work-and-play-nerf-gun-battles-with-my-coworkers. A few months later, after suddenly realizing, I really hadn't bought anything pointless in a while. I purchased this 18-dart clip. For two whole days, I waited patiently, letting Amazon Prime Shipping do it's thing. When it arrived I didn't even hesitate as I ripped opened the box and its contents. Loading up my new 18-dart clip I eyed my co-worker who as I was at one point, had accurately assessed his priorities and was diligently doing his work. But priorities had no place during a battle for the ages. I loaded my clip, looked down the scope, realized the scope was on reverse, took off the scope, then aimed in his general direction and fired. Before he could pull out his weapon, I reloaded and fired another 5 times, my grin getting wider with each shot. I knew I was in deep when he pulled out his weapon. For what seemed like minutes we exchanged fire, until it was time for him to reload. I checked my clip I still had at least 4 darts left, I knew this was my time. So I reloaded and pulled over my cubicle wall to shoot, and squeezed the trigger.....and nothing happened, the gun was jammed again. So yeah...5 stars for fun and stuff. More darts more stars.

I bought this as a present for my 7 year old. He enjoys building kits and shooting things so I thought this modular nerf gun would be perfect. Assembly is easy. And my son can add the shoulder rest as his arms grow. I can see this toy growing with him into his teen years. Heck, I even enjoyed playing worth it. Loading ammo in the clip is easy and the semi automatic feature makes firing much better then the old prime pump method. Ammo does run out quickly worth semi auto s so it is worth getting extra clips. I've heard about jam problems with the semi auto nerf guns but the only one that has given us any problem is this demolisher. If you don't modify the gun and follow proper loading guidelines the gun is flawless. Also remember the longer you wait for the motor to Prime, the father your shots will go. I also like this toy because it is a great way to teach gun safety and familiarity.

What is there to say? 18 Nerf darts, ready to be loaded into your favorite clip-system blaster and fired at your foes. The clear panel makes it easy to see how many rounds you've got left, which is nice. The only (minor) flaw is that it doesn't have a mark for how far down the darts will be once it's full with all 18, so do take the time to count as you reload the clip, or do what I did and make a mark at that level with a sharpie or a tiny strip of tape. Overloading a clip can damage your darts and make jams happen more often, so don't do it. In all, this thing's a must if you have a clip-system blaster.

It's too bad the Rapidstrike CS-18 only comes with one magazine. It makes me buy this extra magazine at additional cost. But can't blame Nerf for it...it's capitalism at it's finest. Anyway, the magazine is of good build, if not better than the one that came with the blaster. Only downside is that only one side is see-through; this may not be too apparent in the pictures of the product. The magazine that came with the blaster is all clear (not orange). The magazine is easy to load--push the follower down, slide in the dart. Push the dart and follower down, slide in the next dart. Tedious for 18-dart capacity magazine, but whaddy gonna do?

This works great a back up high-capacity magazine. Works great. would definitely order again. Bought a no name magazine before and it jammed. Haven't had that problem with this magazine. Would recommend. Extra darts come in handy as well.

Me gusto el producto lastima que lo enviaron en sobre y el empaque llevo maltratado, pero como era para mi y no para regalo, no me importo me agrado mucho mi compra aun que aun no lo lleno con los 18 dardos, por favor cuiden mas la presentacion de la mercancia, si uno va a regalar algo y es algun objeto de coleccion o fragil es molesto ver ese empaque en mal estado.
