What electrolytes are in it, which form of those electrolytes and how much of each? Why is it not on the packaging?

Hi Tricia, The electrolytes we have in our product are sodium and potassium. Both are naturally occurring due to the natural ingredients we use: sodium is derived from the pink Himalayan salt and the potassium from the organic coconut water powder, which are listed on the ingredient deck. There are 240mg of sodium and 300mg of potassium, which is found on the Nutrition Fact Panel. Both the ingredients and nutritionals are on the back of our packaging!

Where is a picture of the nutritional label? How much mg of sodium and potassium? What about the other electrolytes such as magnesium, manganese etc.

Will this break my water fast?

Hi! Thanks for asking. We do have some customers who use our product for fasting. However, our product does contain 25 calories and 4g of naturally occurring sugar per stick, so your ability to drink it is dependent upon how many calories you're intaking during your fast. Is anyone else getting packets with the consistent being clumpy and stuck together?

The Best Electrolyte! Great for Celiacs

My favorite electrolytes! I’ve tried so many electrolytes and these are my favorite. Many of the ones I’ve tried have made me feel tired or not as great after having them. I always feel better after having these, all the flavors I’ve tried taste amazing, and the ingredients are the best! I like that they use more paleo-friendly ingredients. I’m also a huge fan that they’re certified gluten free! I have Celiac disease and I love that I don’t have to worry about being exposed to gluten with this product. I’m so glad I found this!

Perfect for Hydration!

So many electrolytes mixes make me feel so gross. These are delicious and make me feel great! I brought these with me to Italy during the summer when we were walking outside in 100°F weather. Cure Berry Pomegranate Electrolyte Drink Mix is effective at keeping me hydrated but is super sweet.

I love having individual packets for hydrating and I've been happy with many Cure flavors. My only dislike is how super sweet it is despite being natural sweeteners, Stevia and monk fruit extracts. I do like the berry flavors but it would be great if they could tone down the sweetness! I definitely can say I stay hydrated much better using these packets. I recommend their hydration products.
