Great quality, I am a large chested woman and I am very happy that the clasp belt extends, and can extend even more than I need it to! Does not make my back or neck hurt as the weight is distributed very well! I also love that it is not bulky, so when I’m walking it’s still easy and comfortable to move my arms.

I love the color. I was worried it would be too small for my plus sized frame but it fits just fine. It’s the perfect weight if you are just beginning. It’s heavy enough for you to know it’s there but it doesn’t weigh you down. Not too bulky so it fits under my jacket without being noticed.

190lb guy, I have the 20b best. I also have the goruck plate carrier, another off brand vest from amazon, 5.11 weighted vest and the wildgym feather ruck. The goruck plate carrier is a super solid build, but really uncomfortable. 5.11 is comfy also. Just got the wildgym, but it seems good. This henkelion vest, so far, is the most comfortable. Its as little thicker, but I think that is worth the comfort. Its not adjustable, which is actually a good thing. My other amazon generic vest is adjustable, and the little weight packs make it uncomfortable. For the money, I don't think this vest can be beat. I have done about hikes with it, so about 60 miles with it. It is holding up, not issues.

Chances are I'll come back and update this review but here's why I only gave this vest 3 stars...It fits much smaller than the one in the pic and I'm really frustrated with items fitting differently than the pictures indicate. I don't know if I received a different item than ordered, but it fits just like the posture corrector bought prior to this. Imagine putting it on and having it buckle right above your chest and only come to the bottom of your shoulder blades in the back. That's the fit! Now, what I love about it... As soon as I buckled it I felt my shoulders pull back and since I've noticed issues with my posture lately that's a beautiful thing! My suggestion, if you have any skeletal issues, bone density, spine, hips, knees, etc I recommend speaking with your doctor before ordering this. I ordered the lightest weight available so I wasn't expecting it to be as heavy as it is. I have a slight issue with my lower back and as soon as I slipped this on I felt one of my lower vertebrae slip a bit. Not so much that it caused any discomfort but I definitely felt it move, so I decided to limit the amount of time I wear it and gradually increase it. Initially I only wore it around the house while cleaning and taking out the trash. Recently I began wearing it at the beginning of my exercises and intend to increase it to my full workout over time, eventually I'll start wearing it on walks as well. I'm usually good at updating my reviews so I'll keep everyone posted. Again, I only wish it fit the way it did in the pics. That would've distributed the weight evenly throughout my torso and not made it so top heavy, which would've made it more comfortable and not so hard on my lower spine. Right now all the weight across my shoulders and that's creating the discomfort. I know if the weight were evenly distributed on the upper portion of my body it would be much easier on me physically. This feels as though I'm waking around with a heavy barbell laying across my shoulders.

I wasn’t sure this would live up to my expectations, and I was particularly concerned about the weight distribution — but it feels surprisingly even. I can definitely feel that I’m wearing it on my walks, and even though I’ve only used it about five times this past week, I already notice a difference. I feel it in my neck and shoulders as well, which is expected when carrying extra weight on the upper body. It also seems to be helping with my posture, as it naturally pulls my shoulders back, which is a bonus. The only downside so far is that I’ve developed a rash around my neck and shoulders since I started wearing it, and I’m still trying to figure out what’s causing that. May not be related but has only appeared since I started to wear it.

I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect.

I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today.
