Broken Bear

I was very excited to order this for a family member, but when it arrived, the bear was broken. I have been looking for a contact number for someone at the company, but have not been able to locate it. The replacement policy will take at least 2-3 weeks. I am do disappointed that I no longer have a gift to give.
