I used to really like Spotypal, as it had a dual separation alert (both phone and fob alarm when going further than their limited Bluetooth range apart). This is actually a really good thing as your phone is as much protected as the fob itself from being left behind. What I didn't like about Spotypal was that it was a bit glitchy if you didn't set it up correctly. It did also occasionally give false alerts (which I was ok with as it still informed of a separation of phone and fob, plus communicated well between phone and fob at all other times). This Itrack device actually seems to do everything Spotypal did but without having to think hard about it's setup. Beyond locking the app not to close on your phone and allowing all permissions (which are requested when you open the app anyway) the Itrack is very easily set up (or was in my case, at least).. I'm actually pretty confident this is in fact of the same quality as Spotypal, this being backed by the fact that they have another fob that looks exactly the same. Spotypal had loads of bad reviews (the company now seems to have folded) because it was difficult to set your phone up exactly for it to work in an optimal way.. I spent a long time getting my setup right on Spotypal and it rewarded me with reliability and zero false alerts... The bad reviews it experienced were down to a poor app and difficult setup, yet this Itrack device seems to suffer little of that. My Spotypal was broken after many years of use and I couldn't get a replacement, but this device works exactly the same for quite a bit less money. There are clever tweaks to reduce the chances of seperation alarms in your own house as you can ask it to detect your home WiFi.. In this mode it is inactivated until you go beyond that WiFi signal and then it automatically re engages full functionality (meaning if you go out to your car with the fob on your keys, the phone left in the house won't alert). This is a great idea as it won't annoy your family members when you wander away from the fob with your phone within the WiFi zone, although the phone can still be located within that WiFi zone by pressing the fob button or calling the fob from your phone. This is a fab thing to have if you travelling away from home, going to concerts, city breaks etc a lot because as long as you carry your phone and fob (attached to keys for example) seperately then it's not possible to leave either behind without the phone or fob alerting you... I've found no issues at all with mine so far, but will update this review should that happen... The only small gripe is that the fob alert speaker is a little bit quiet.. In conclusion, this is exactly the same quality and item as Spotify was, but without the glitchiness and without the difficulty to set up so that it works reliably.

I love the idea of this, but practically it's useless. The alarm goes off at random times, when neither the keys nor the phone are moving and they are close to each other in the house. I tried playing around with the settings but to no avail.

Neat and helpful device

! Ordered one of these clever little gadgets for the separation alert feature as a security measure so that I don't lose my wallet and it works great! If I go too far from my wallet an alarm goes off on both my phone and the device. Good value for money too!

One of the cheapest and the best. Having left my phone and keys many times I have been looking for a tracker attached to my keys that would tell me when it lost contact with the phone. I have tried many and found either they didnt have that functionality or (like Spot****) that was constant giving out false alarms much to my embarrassment and scorn of friends. This tracker has not given me false alarms and appears to have a reasonable range around my house. It does warn me though if I leave my phone behind!

An attractive and useful tool for us forgetful folk! A smart design and simple to navigate system means that the days of misplacing keys are over. Easy to set up as well! Does what it says on the tin! Thank you.

Goes off when it shouldn't, e.g. I have keys in my back pocket, phone in my front pocket. Also, during the night randomly. Doesn't go off when it should. Like, LITERALLY, I turn all the options on, wifi off and move super far away. Doesn't work. I go into airplane mode. Doesn't go off. Waste of money.

I normally do not do reviews. BUT I really had to review this item. I was constantly losing my phone which is very important to me. This is absolutely unbelievable. It tracks my phone and my keys. And anyone reading this,I am not a person paid to do surveys. This is genuine. Best item I have ever bought.

Facile da configurare, fa il suo dovere senza sorprese. Da valutare la durata della batteria, che comunque è standard quindi di facile reperibilità.

Totalmente inutile. Continui falsi allarmi e la mappa lo indica in posti sbagliati.
