Principles of Healthcare Reimbursement

I currently work in Health Care Economics and Market Access for a large medical device manufacturer. I have searched for a textbook that would elaborate on difficult health care reimbursement concepts. This textbook met my expectations. For anyone who wants to understand the myriad of reimbursement topics in today’s health care environment, this textbook is for you!

Great resource! The book is filled with great knowledge that an HIM professional will need to be familiar with. I scratched off the code and entered it but it's not valid. I really wish the code was valid since that is one of the main reasons I bought this particular book. Not all books offer download able resources but this one does, it just didn't work sadly.

Book required for a class in Medical Assisting. It's written by a pro-insurance company trade organization. All hail the holy health insurers. The text is boring. The information questionable... and the homework/testing resources?... wow are they bad. I thought originally it was just a bad professor.. but then I realized she was taking them from the book. And there is no room for deviation from the text.It quite literally kept me from continuing on to add a medical coding certificate to my MA degree program. Not spending any more of my money on this propaganda.
