For those who have used this on their window air conditioner units (on the outside box), did the heat from the exhaust melt the netting?

If I were to cut this screen in half, would it fall apart or give me 2 usable pieces?

No, it would not fall appart. I did just that. You will get to usable pieces. Cutting on the other hand will not be easy, if you requiring a streight line.

I received the netting; however, there is a "silver-dollar size" hole on one spot of the netting. Is it supposed to be there?

No there shouldn't be any holes. A hole would let mosquitoes in, which the netting is supposed to prevent.

I want mosquito netting to fit over rear windows of a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. I need to open a window without letting in mosquitoes.

This works great for covering windows. Use magnets Spaced about 3 to 4 inches apart. The netting will stay on. Only if the car is still. It will not stay on if you’re driving.
