Authentic Swiss Emmentaler. Must have!
I was craving Swiss cheese ever since I moved here from Germany 9 months ago. When I ordered this one I was kinda concerned about the shipping since cheese shouldn't be exposed to higher temperatures for days. When I opened the package I was just amazed. The seller included a pack of dry ice and the cheese felt still cool after 3 days of transport. Freshness, taste and texture was exactly what you would expect from a high quality Swiss cheese. I'm so glad I ordered this piece. It's just perfect with a glass of red wine. Will definitely order again.

Rubbery cheese
I have ordered this cheese several times and it has always arrived packaged well and cold. This time the cheese arrived poorly packaged, thus warm and rubbery. Love this product but not happy with this shipment and it is not returnable. Would like a replacement but can’t find a spot to request a replacement. Cheese normally is great but rubbery this time. Is there anything that can be done? MlhE

Horrible I would not give this to my worst enemy.
I received mine and it was horrible. Nothing like the picture at all!! Dry crumbly I no holes with a very unpleasant taste. I had to trim most of a slice away to get to any kind of cheese with. Little decent texture and taste. This is my first time trying this particular type of cheese so maybe this is how it is supposed to be but then the seller should update the ad because it looked and tasted nothing like what is advertised. I had to throw mine away.
