It works!
I mix this with other things to make it tasty. It has great texture but on its own it lacks flavor. This really saved me when I couldn’t eat salt or sugar! I am very grateful for products like this when you have a very limited diet. Fortunately I don’t need it any more but thank goodness it was here when I needed it!

No recommended if…
My nutritionist talk me about this brand, so because of my meal plan was tuna I love to add some Mayo and I start looking for this option. So, my body does not accept dairy. I’m not sure what else this contains but horrible, I had bloating stomach, a lot of air and this is embarrassing to say but, I was farting all the time and the smell was HORRIBLE. So if you’re a person that can’t tolerate dairy ? Please stay away, I’m not sure what ingredient was the cause of this but the first thing that I thought was dairy or lactose. So… overall, product has a funny smell , and the consistency is like watery and oily at the same time. Taste super weird , but when mixed with other food taste good. For people with dairy/lactose problems I do not recommended.

It's delicious
I bought this for my wife's grandfather because it had no sodium but, I wanted to try it. I think it is delicious and I can't believe that it has 0 calories, sodium, fat, cholesterol, etc. I would definitely recommend. That being said I'm not sure it tastes much like mayo but, that's fine because it's still good

Good but pricey
For a low sodium diet, this product is very good. Little difference in taste from regular mayo. Price is very steep. But if it's needed it's needed.

I was so hopeful, but it has no mayo taste whatsoever and it’s sweet in addition; which I found it almost revolting

Low sugar but low taste
Not a good substitute for real mayonnaise if taste is important to you. Also seems much thinner than real mayonnaise.
