A friend recommended this product and I decided to give it a try. Within 2 weeks of taking it the hot flashes started to happen less often, by week 3 they were all gone. I have been taking them for 3 months now and am happy with the results. I did have a slight discomfort in my stomach the first 2 days of taking it, but by day 3 it was all gone.

This is the only product that has reduced my hot flashes. I've tried many things and it works without a Dr visit.

Just ended 33 years of HRT. I asked my Doc for some relief and heard this "Some women never get relief and always have hot flashes." It was very disheartening because I was truly miserable!. Finally, my Pain Relief Specialist told me this. "I was a Family Physician before I went into pain control as a specialty. Wet hair,wet bra.wet clothing, no make-up left on my face,I finally quit wearing any make-up. Wet sheets at night from 3 hot flashes in 10 minutes flat, I was just so miserable!. I needed a shower after each one. Top this off by the fact that I live in Tucson. Az. It is 105 here now in August. After a few weeks of misery I was willing to try anything. I had 4 Estrovera tablets left in the fridge. I had not taken one in weeks and was not hopeful- I was taking these with HRT. With no hormones in my system for over a month I took 2 Estrovera on Friday. 2 on Saturday. Saturday night I slept through the night with no sweating for the first time in weeks! Why had I quit taking these? I ordered another bottle today.. I awoke Sunday morning dry.. No wet sheets.First time in over a month. I didn't need the fan blowing on me all night! I feel fortunate that the first thing I tried worked .I feel stupid that I quit taking something that was working! First things first. I went from zero to one hundred on the menopause scale overnight. I was miserable with hot flashes all day long. Nights were even worse. I was sweating and not able to sleep at all. I had a ceiling fan on high, another fan right by my face, cooling blanket, cooling pillowcase, cooling pajamas and was still sweating all night. My doctor confirmed I was post menopausal and recommended this product. She told me that there were numerous studies that showed this product worked well. She said if it didn’t work, the only other option would be HRT. She did tell me it could take about two weeks to see improvement. Two weeks in, the hot flashes were less and the ones I did have seemed to be less severe. Nights were still rough for me. Finally, around 30 days in, I got the relief I was looking for. Minimal hot flashes during the day and no more night sweats. I’m now back down to just the ceiling fan and I no longer have to wear cooling pajamas. This product is fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough. Just be sure to give it about 30 days though. Don’t give up if it doesn’t seem to be working two weeks in.

He estado usando estas pastillas HerWellness Estrovera de Metagenics y en general mi experiencia ha sido bastante buena. Me gusta que son a base de plantas y sin hormonas, lo cual me hacía sentir más tranquila al tomarlas. He notado mejoría en algunos síntomas de la menopausia como los sofocos y los sudores nocturnos, aunque no es algo inmediato, toma un poco de tiempo ver resultados. Son fáciles de tomar y no me han causado efectos secundarios importantes.

I was really hoping these would work, at least for menopause hot flashes, unfortunately they did not help me personally. I took them for three months which is the length of time they say it can take for Rhubarb to work. Black cohosh is an absolute champion, but it can cause severe liver damage. Red clover did nothing. Back to the drawing board.
