Limitations?
There is one fairly obvious issue with this design that I had not appreciated until it was on its way to me. The thing is that the water inlet and outlet are close together which means that water leaving the unit may be drawn back into the filter inlet in a continuous cycle. There does not appear to be an accessory which will duct filtered water to another part of the pond and that seems to me to be a serious oversight. I'm surprised a well known manufacturer like Oase seems not to have thought of this.

Très déçu! J'ai un Oase Filtral 5000 depuis 5 ans, et j'ai été très content avec. Mais le stock de poisson a grandi depuis, je suis obligé de passer à une puissance supérieure. J'ai donc commandé le 9000. Mais oh surprise ! Le filtre a été livré sans la prise ! Le câble de secteur finit en queue de boudin ! Comme il a été vendu (et aujourd'hui remboursé après retour) par Amazon, j'aimerais que Amazon me garantisse une livraison AVEC une prise de courant française et tous les accessoires inclus, bref, un article complet. Je serais alors prêt à faire une nouvelle tentative ...

this pump is faulty after only 3 months of use , can u let me know how to claim under warranty?

Lieferung erfolgte zeitgerecht..allerdings war die Pumpe nicht wie in der Anzeige beschrieben geliefert. Es fehlten einige Teile und die Lieferung war unvollständig. Darüber hinaus sah der Karton schon ziemlich zerrupft aus..anscheinend ging das Packet schon öfter hin und her ohne geprüft zu werden..schade werde jetzt original Oase ordern..

Poor quality product
I had to return this product as the electric plug at the end of the lead had been cut off making this pump unusable.

Sehr gutes Gerät zu einem angemessenen Preis
Der Teichfilter ist sehr effizient. Mit dem Gerät an sich bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Die Filtermatten sind leicht und schnell zu reinigen. Leider ist die Reinigung der Gehäuseinnenseiten wegen der vielen Stege mühsam. Trotzdem würde ich den Teichfilter weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder kaufen.
