Techno-Dud Pool Cue Stick Tip Billiards, Milkdud Tip Single

The techno dud was a great buy. Great value and better performance than more expensive competitors. Easy to install, comfortable cue contact and great grab for using english on your shots. Outsville for the win on this one!

I've recently purchased 2 for a couple cues I use on bar tables. They seem to hold there shape well with a consistent softer center ball feel, while giving me better a feel for touch shots, or when using english.

I've used several high dollar tips in the last couple of decades. In my opinion this is by far the best hitting cue tip so far. It easily outperforms the name brand "super soft" tip I replaced. While this tip's durometer rating is about 76, vs the softer 56 I was using, it holds chalk way better and feels like a much softer tip than the rating. No problem with spin or backspin and no miscues I can't attribute to the player instead of the tip. Got a couple of extra to keep on hand in case they quit manufacturing this one.

Got my dud today, installed it and completely love it so far. Ive used many tips 5 times the price of this tip and im really impressed with it. Was skeptical of a non layered tip, I'm used to a G2 m, but I'm glad I got it.

This is in response to the 1 star rating, it doesn't look like the picture because the picture is post installation. What you have is a leather tip that has been soaked in (presumably) milk and then compressed. It is ugly. When you properly install, cut, shape, and burnish, it will be beautiful. Don't let ignorance turn you away from a fantastic tip.
