Tapatio rules!
The best tasting hot sauce out there! No vinegar, so you really taste the chillis and makes food even tastier. I put it on everything I eat! Not crazy spicy but just right. Big container size which is important because I'll go through it quickly if its a smaller bottle. Love it!

A silver bullet in the right dish
A distinctly Mexican sauce that fits right at home in frankly any Mexican dish I've tried. Despite the very earthy flavour it never tastes stale, which can be a hard balance to achieve. The consistency is on the thicker side without being jammy, and it has a nice lime-forward sourness to it whilst staying deep and complex. I will only deduct one star because it is frankly not a very versatile sauce compared to others at this (very mild) heat level. Though this might not be such a bad thing in general for food products, a true hot sauce, in my opinion, is something you can chuck onto anything

I love this one
I try others but always come back. For a “classic” red hot sauce this is the only one you’ll ever need. Great flavor with some heat. Love it.

Hard to find in Canada and great flavour
This is a great hot sauce if you're looking for a balance of flavour and heat. It is not vinegary tasting like other hot sauces you find in Canada. This also wins over Cholula hot sauce, in my humble opinion.
