We have them in stock so they will go out quickly. As far as how long it will take for them to arrive at your location I cannot say. We ae located in Illinois.

Q: are these similar to thomastik infeld plectrum?

I've never used Plectrum strings. I usually use light gauge (12-53) strings but bought these when I wanted to try something iighter (11-50). I then went back to D'Addario light. But, I totally agree with the reviewer who says that strings are a very subjective and personal choice for guitarists. If I were you I'd buy a set of each and give them a try. Strings are by far the cheapest part of playing guitar. Good luck!

Q: What gauges are the slightly light strings?

11-50…great strings, sounds so good. The only thing I had some reservation about these is the noise it makes while you are moving your fingers along the frets…a bit too much for me.

Q: Why are these double the price of the regular light version?

No Idea. I do like them enormously, and you can find them more normally priced elsewhere; you'll have to order a bunch to get free shipping, though.
