Very good fan with good airflow

Greetings, There are times when these little "muffin fans" can be real life savers! My aging computer has three such fans mounted inside to cool the system, but one has a dry bearing and going wonky. It is the most difficult fan to replace of the three, so I thought it would be prudent to add an additional fan to prevent heat damage to the power supply. I Gorilla glued the new 80x80x25mm fan outside the outer case, over an open grill, adjacent to the power supply. It pumps fresh air in through this grill. I give it five stars for an effective, temporary, "quick fix" with a darn good little fan! It comes boxed with "quick connect" wire clamps, mounting screws and a nice chrome grill-work. Got it up and running as fast as the glue dried. It is whisper quiet and works like a champ!

I needed a small fan for a hot box I built to dry projects I worked on. This fit the bill and is able to provide proper level of air circulation without undo cooling affect. The noise level is just enough to remind me to turn it off when I am done using it. Installation was easy and build quality is good. Not worried about looks, I use it in a small shop.

I installed this fan to blow air into a skylight alcove to keep it from frosting up and dripping in the winter. This is in a bathroom, so it has to work in a high humidity environment. The fan has performed flawlessly thus far and is far quieter than its predecessor.

It’s a nice little fan and does exactly what it’s supposed to. However, the power cord is not attached to the electric leads on the fan and you will need a soldering iron to correctly attach them.

Works well

All plastic, assembly required, wiring instructions are in foreign language.(I think German) I recommend not using the wire connector clip, as it seems frail. Recommend just connecting wires together and protecting with electrical tape. Fan is one speed only, not very powerful, but is enough for my application.

Really nice kit with a quality fan that runs on a wide voltage range automatically, 2 fan grilles, 4 nuts & bolts, a cord with a switch and 120 Volt plug, and a 2 pole toggle connector. It is a perfect fit and replacement for the same physical sized fan. Very useful and quiet for many projects.

Works good!

Easy to install, and fairly quiet. The inline switch is a nice touch. Power cord is long enough too. I knocked off a star, because once attached it became noisier, and the 2 wire leads were on the flimsy looking side.

We used this fan in an engraver machine and it worked perfect. The fan is lighter than the other fan but worked great. We didn’t use the switch and wired this unit to the board.
